About the Archetypes

The Maiden, The Mother, The Sage, The Huntress, The Lover, The Mystic, The Queen, The Weaver

Created in collaboration with Mara Branscombe, the Archetypes are illustrations from Mara’s book Sage Huntress Lover Queen. Each artwork tells a visual story for each archetype, embodied elements living within us. Mara’s book is available where books are sold.

Each illustration was created in deep process with the book, slowly moving through the words and practices until images appeared on paper. Journaling in symbols, the images formed slowly, holding the essence of each Archetype.
