Laura Mowbray Art + Design is a multi-disciplinary creative studio with two primary disciplines of Fine Art and Visual & Digital Design.
Fine Art Studio
Laura’s original painting transcribes the spirit of the natural world to canvas. Born and raised on the West Coast of British Columbia, Laura has lived much of her life communing with the wild nature of the coast, and this spirit is translated into her original work.
Visual & digital Design Studio
Our design studio focuses on custom content creation. We work intimately with creators, artists, writers, visionaries, collaborators, organizations and businesses to create unique imagery for print, web and social media.
Laura’s Bio
Artist has been a lifelong path, and a renewed focus for Laura in the last 10 years. The interweave between the intricate precision of design and the intuitive process of fine art production has created a deep relationship between the two disciplines as they inform each other in the scope of Laura’s creative work.
Laura trained formally in Fine Arts and Interior Design at Sheridan College in Oakville, ON, Canada, and in Architectural Design at British Columbia Institute of Technology in Vancouver, BC, Canada. She has worked as a designer in the architectural and interior design industries for the last 15 years.
